"Formerly my favorite shop in town. I sold a bike to a family for their son that needed repair. I highly recommended Bicycles Unlimited. The family ignored my recommendation and ride the bike until it failed. They took it in to shop and the one particular mechanic assumed too much about the situation. I tried to clear it up and he didn’t want to resolve anything. Very disappointed. However, Mark and Jay are great guys. They’ve been good to me for years. The other mechanic has the EQ off a toddler. He told me not to come back to the shop. I’ve been giving and sending them business for 15 years."
