"The two men who delivered the mattress were incredibly gracious and helpful. My apartment has a spiral staircase and I thought there was no way the delivery people were going to take the mattress up the stairs. They offered and were able to take the mattress upstairs by hoisting the mattress up over the wall and placing it in the loft. By doing that, they alleviated the stress of me having to figure out how to get the mattress upstairs. I’m forever grateful for them and I hope they get a nice paid vacation for the all the hard work they do."
