"Ever since our principal Sandy Lundberg was diagnosed with cancer, the administration and their assistants left in charge are now bullying my child. Office staff treat my child as second class with no regard to how they are affecting her. Pulling an honors student who’s never been in trouble, who’s respected by everyone that knows her, out of class to question her about arbitrary stuff on game day. Questioning her integrity and family life. What kind of leaders do that to a student athlete on game day? Twice. They abuse their authority in the absence of the principal Mrs. Lundberg."

"I have been here scince the school opened it is a fantastic school that I love being a part of.The academic at the school are great, with almost 50% of the students in honors classes. Plus we have a fantastic athletic 's program. Our football team just won the 3A state championships and we will be moving up to 5A. I am a straight A student and proud to be a colt. Casteel has less than 1/2 the drama, bullying, and drug abuse than any other CUSD High school. And last but not least if your looking for a good performing arts program, you won't be disappointed. Casteels Orchestra has won the highest awards available for three years in a row. Sending your students to Casteel is a great idea!"
