Brett answered and proceeded to be an excellent help through the whole process. He : - dealt with short notice during a very busy time - mid December - had 2 gentlemen pick up the desk promptly saving 2 senior ladies from having to load it and drive into Phoenix! - helped us with cost savings options by recommending the delivery made to a nearby shipping terminal rather than our house (a great option!) - and his team provided an absolutely outstanding job done of securely packaging the desk!!! All I can say is WELL DONE....WELL DONE! The desk arrived in perfect condition! My husband and I are so very thankful, appreciative and frankly amazed that such quality work exists!!!
