We adhere to the Arizona Supreme Court Rule 7-205 for refund policies, with a $15.00 administrative fee for processing refunds authorized by the court.
If you request a refund within 3 days of payment and have not started the online course, you are eligible for a full refund. I called & left a msg & was honestly shocked at the kindest, warmest, sweetest, most informative & helpful woman on the other end. She fixed my issue & helped me solve my problem so that I could quickly start my online class this Sunday as it’s Friday. This is the kind of customer service the World needs.
