"Worst delivery company. We are in the process of a remodel and had an expensive appliance delivered. We asked them to drop the product off on a curb where it would be easy to move in to the house. Instead they dropped it off in the worst place ever, in the hot Phoenix sun, and next to steps. We asked them to please move it where we had asked, and driver said no sorry It’s too much of an inconvenience. He had a palate jack so I’m not sure how much more lazy you can get. Please save yourself a headache and use a different delivery company."

"Usually no big deal dealing with this place. Bur the covid panic has shown how they are. Tried to refuse to give me my property because of no mask. The pick up info i had received in email did not say that I needed a mask. Then i was told just go buy once and come back. An item that is hard to find, let alone a location in that area to go get one. It's not fair tip give no notice of the requirement, until you are standing at the door. I revive emails when my property comes in. I could be told in that email. Then ro refuse to give me my property, something that if not picked up that day will incur a storage fee the next day, just absolutely asinine. Poorly managed company."

"I truly wish I could give negative stars. This company is horrible from the top down. Poor customer service does not even start to describe the issues. It’s like working with a child throwing a tantrum. They destroyed a sign worth over $2000. They tried to blame us and the receiver. Unless we can prove it was them. Sent pictures of it not damaged being sent, and pictures of it damaged when received. Not much more I can do. Not to mention it took them a month to respond to my e-mail. He said due to being out for surgery. Now my claim is past the 15days from when it was denied. Here’s an idea. Have someone cover your email if your gone for extended times. It’s really a simple customer service idea. Or an automatic response with another employee to contact due to extended leave. All in all I hope no one has to deal with this company. If you do, I’m truly sorry. Best of luck."
