"Poor services and whole team is a liar. Never book load with them. Today we are trying to book a load with this company and they provide us with all the information and then we ask them to book this one for us. They are playing games with us and saying we are not active in the Freight Vana system although we are active and already ran loads for them. We already did 3 loads with this company and one guy was helping us to get this load today and he said their compliance saying that we booked a load with them yesterday that we never picked. That's why they mark us inactive. This whole story they told us never happened. We asked him to please get the confirmation and share the details of which load we booked that they are talking about but their compliance team never gives him the details. They are lying with their own agents and their team members. Don't ever use this company, unprofessional and lack of communication."
