"WOW! I can't thank TruckIt365 enough for outstanding service in transporting my trailer from Savannah to St. Louis. Picked it up yesterday morning before the hurricane arrived and delivered it today as promised. But that's not it! Chris, the driver, texted me very early this morning stating there was a problem with my trailer and he was about three hours away. I was sent pics of the issue and proceeded to call him. We agreed on a path as I started working to find someone to repair the trailer. He beat me to the punch! Not only did he find someone within 15 minutes but scheduled it and negotiated pricing for the job. I could not have been happier with the outcome!!!!!! What a pro that had the ability and foresight to take care of a customer in a very difficult circumstance! People like Chris sure appear to be in short supply nowadays.
