"Visit to facility, or i should say office was...eh. Didn't get a tour. Didn't see any helicopters. Regarding my time & money, I got this "ok, so??" vibe. Left wondering why I showed up. For reasons unknown, they prefer only the full time students go thru financing. I felt like they were silently passing on me before the conversation was done, very similar to a dry job interview."

"I just completed my Private Pilot Rotorcraft program after just over 5 months of hard work. It should be fun and it is, however the hard part means it's serious. Life or death serious. Training to be a helicopter pilot isn't something you should bargain shop like finding a deal, after all in the end you always get what you pay for and what's your life worth? I passed my check ride first time, wish I could say because I'm gifted and brilliant, I'll just tell the truth and say it's directly related to the superb training received. The instructors, staff, mechanics, management, operations and helicopters are the best you will find anywhere. Safety, excellence and a crash free Zone are the guiding strategic principles each and every UHI representative live by every day. If you want the best there is no other option.
