"Horrible customer service, they will hang up on me multiple times just trying to call and find information. On the last call he hung up and said “why do people even call here; are they stupid?”. Horrible service don’t use their services. Delta air cargo is easy to become a known shipper with. This “family run” business is not family friendly”."
