"FedEx doesn't allow you to whistle blow, or defend yourself, only to get bullied! Mr Alan Houser from Hauser Investments , runs as a contractor for FedEx , will get jealous if you go to another contractor, he will also lie about your pay with false advertising, he will file a false police report on you and the police will know he's lying and full of it, and close the case because his star whiteness who is his manager will tell the police the truth, that you didn't do anything wrong. But just making the police report will be just enough to get you fired from FedEx until you appeal it and get your job back. If anyone thinks this is fake, look up my name , you can easily find me somewhere on social media, I have all recorded conversations, bet you didn't know that did you Mr Alan. Bet you didn't know my team driver would quit on you and be a whiteness against you either , did Mr Alan Hauser? You better Lawyer up because I'm filling for everything, discrimination for being a working Jewish man, Retaliation for turning you in and exposing you , false advertising , and wrongful termination. There will be more coming forward as well. You can fix this , or you can keep up with your little game and find out. "On Saturday December 2nd just before noon MDT (AZ time), I was riding my bike in the Blackstone gated community within the Vistancia Neighborhood, in the city of Peoria AZ. I was well over to the right of the lane – about a foot from the curb, when I heard what I believed to be a truck pulling up behind me. As I was just starting to pass by one of the houses in the neighborhood, a full size FedEx delivery truck, sped up cut in front of me and stopped – perhaps 2 feet from the curb, in front of me. I had to apply my brakes hard, to avoid a collision, and I barely had enough space to pass between the truck and the curb. I yelled at the driver asking why he did that – and he ignored me. I pulled over about 200 feet down the street and waited for the truck to pass, so I could get a picture of the truck. When I did that, the driver pulled over at an intersection, about another 50 feed down the street – and as I came up on his right, he leaned out the passenger door yelling “what is your problem”. I responded that I would be contacting FedEx and that he was a jack_ss. He is a jack_ss. What he did in that maneuver, was dangerous, ignorant, inconsiderate and not too smart, given that he was driving a white truck, with the words FedEx plastered all over it. What an a__hole. The truck number is 414562, with AZ license plate AXA 8BB. I tried to e-mail FedEx - they no longer have an e-mail address. Phoning is USELESS. This company wants no contact with clients. I guess this is an option. This driver needs feedback, coaching and should be writing me an apology letter and needs to not be let back into the Blackstone community driving a FedEx truck. FedEx can do what it wants with this information. I will, based on that, tell as many people, at every opportunity that I can, where ever and when ever I can what happened and how the individual acted. Ordered from local parts store in Tempe AZ shipping to Peoria AZ Tracking showed picked up from Tempe and arrived in Phoenix (30 mile from my house )and would deliver friday 11/17/23 by end of day (It didn't ) insted it was sent 2300 miles to the east coast .Tracking is now pending I will no longer shop at retailers that use FedEX they are completely incompetent If I could give zero stars I would"

"Great drivers lounge, IF the drivers were allowed inside it. God damned package handlers and yard jockeys overtake it and keep the Drivers out, so they have a secret spot to rest and HIDE from being kicked off the clock. It'd be nice to use the room without being talked about by the "other employees" in the room badly."
