"DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING. A next day air letter was dropped off and 4 days later is no where in the UPS system. It was scanned received by this location, but has no further scans in the UPS system. I went by to ask if possibly it got wedged in someplace and doesn't seem to have made the drive pick-up. I was shown a list where the driver supposedly signed for all the packages for that day, which included the tracking number for my package. However, there's no proof that the driver actually received the package. The pick-up receipt doesn't include the total number of packages for that day. This package has not been scanned According to an employee, this is a third-party shipping location and they ARE NOT responsible for any package once you drop it off. If it gets stolen from their property - not on them. If it doesn't make it into the truck doing the pick-up - not on them. They do not accept responsibility for any of their actions. Think twice and drive a little further before you use this location."
