"Terrible experience. No call no show for my scheduled delivery. Waited 7 hours for no reason and my equipment was still at their warehouse. When I tried calling to see where my shipment was I got no answer. Do not use this company."
"I work out of Phoenix as a local P&D (pick up and delivery) driver with 43 years experience. I know that myself and the other drivers do our absolute best to get the freight there on time and without damage. Most of the negative comments appear to be on the residential deliveries. Unfortunately, we are limited as to what we can do. We can set your delivery "inside the door," but we can't unpack it and set it up for you. I'm willing to open the box. But I can't set it somewhere in your house (living room, bedroom, etc) other than inside the door. That's where "contractor, installers" come in. They can do that, but we can't. We do shipments from Fulfillment Centers (Amazon, etc), and I recommend that you check with them to find out if that includes "assembly". If it does, find out who the "installers" are. Then, reach out to them. Hopefully, this clears up some misconceptions about what we can do as a freight delivery company."
"What a joke of a shipping company, must be low bid. Ordered shutters from Costco, which were shipped via Reddaway shipping (aka Yellow). Long story short, they attempted to deliver a day before the scheduled appointment date with a truck that was not equipped with a lift gate. Driver said he would have to return another day with a lift gate. On the scheduled appoint day waited till 6:00 pm (appointment was for 2-6p) and Reddaway was a no show. No call, no email, nothing. Eventually rescheduled for the next Saturday. Truck arrives and our shipment of fragile wood shutters is unbundled and stacked like pancakes. Cardboard boxes labeled clearly “Do not lie flat” were shredded, opened, you name it. I asked the driver why they were laying flat and he just kinda glazed over. Also funny, he expected my wife and I to help him move the boxes out of the trailer. I told him if he needed help he should probably call his dispatch and het someone to respond. If you order something and it is to be delivered by this “company”, get ready for disappointment. Costco should re-evaluate their relationship with them."
"Absolutely awful business. If this happens to be the delivery company your order got stuck with, I'm very sorry. They will not meet any deadlines, they will not contact you, and they will not answer the phone under any circumstance. Awful customer service. These people need to be held accountable. My delivery was due a week ago, and I've yet to receive a call regarding a drop off date. When I spoke to someone from Yellow customer service (parent company I suppose), I was told they would not even allow me to pick it up! Outrageous."
"By the time you read this it's to late, you've unfortunately already have had a bad experience with this useless company and you are here to see if others have had the same terrible experience with them... Yes we have. I wished I had done my research first.. my freight has been sitting at the destination terminal in one of their trailers for 5 days now. I have been calling all day and can't get a hold of anyone local. Out of state customer service answers but they can only tell me to contact the local terminal. I'm about to drive down there and unload the trailer myself. My freight that they are storing against my will is vital to my business and they aren't in any hurry to make good on their deliveries.. the phone rings and rings and rings and they don't care. This is a terrible company and hopefully they go out of business soon."
