"I received a call from a FedEx driver stating the address for the delivery was our old address and requested our new address. Nothing was delivered the day he called. SO I reached out to FedEx to update our address so when they try to redeliver it, they have the correct address. Apparently, they can not do anything without a tracking number. Well when dealing with daily deliveries and having over 30 different vendors sending shipments, they don't always provide a tracking number or even tell us who it is shipped via. FedEx should update their system to be able to look up the information by address, especially for businesses. When you try to handle deliveries via their website, it states that service is only for residential?? Why?? Tried calling customer support and using their online robot - no help! So I guess they will try to redeliver again tomorrow to the old address and waste my time and their driver's time again."

"Not happy, I got there at 8:55 am, called and let them know that I was there to pick up my shipment which was a small mini pallet with 15 boxes on it. I was told that it was ready to be picked up and to wait a few minutes to get it,....45 minutes later....I finally got it. They are so overwhelmed and inefficient, it's just horrible. The people there were nice enough, not rude at all but they just can't get it done. I get regular orders in California and they are right on point and very efficient there. I'll continue to get my orders in California but I'll be looking for another shipper regardless of cost for Arizona shipments. They might be cheaper but after the frustrating delays and waste of time it costs me more in the end. My last order was over a week late even after the tracking said it was to be delivered on time. When it was finally delivered, it was outside the scheduled delivery time. They need help and a substantial turnaround before I can actually have confidence in their ability to get things done that they are paid to get done."
