"Worst terminal of this size I've been to. Parking extremely limited. Shop doesn't call when they are done with the truck despite them numerous times saying that they would call. Truck wash seems to have been broken for a while from what I can tell. Reported an issue to security that I've gotten no follow up on after reporting it, despite them saying they would. Only thing that I like about it is the driver lounge, and even then there is issues, like flies in the shower, and what looks like small drops of blood on the shower curtain. For some reason gaming websites aren't allowed on driver lounge wifi for some reason, but ok on ethernet? Weird."

"My first time at this headquarter terminal. This place is huge. Well organized. It has a game room, theater, barbershop, cafe and a full basketball court and gym. Complimentary coffee 24 hours, clean lounge, clean showers, good size laundry room. The only complaint I have is that the yard has a lot I mean a lot of dog poops. It’s disgusting. I have a small dog myself. Please pick up after your pets. They have plenty of bags out there for you, USE IT!!!! This is a problem at every terminal. If you can’t pick up your pets than you shouldn’t have one!!!!"

"I started with swift in 2018. My mentor Craig was great! My driver manager Ann Edwards was great! I left in 2019 because of Dave Chapman on the Ferguson dedicated out of Celina Ohio. I had a great time learning here at this company. I enjoyed the coast to coast loads and the loads out west over the road. If PT still works there hi!! Also Kelly Springer deserves a promotion and a raise!! Best driver manager ever!"

"Im trying to figure out why did your driver cut right in front of me in downtown Dallas on I35E north on 7/8/2023 riding in the far left lane ??? Do you guys teach these behaviors to your drivers? Trucks are not permitted in this lane so why did this driver cut me off to get over in it ???? Please respond as I will be following up"

"First time here. Very overwhelming. Didn’t know I had to go through an inspection, there’s no sign for empty dry van parking, nothing that says there’s a pet holding area, no signage for showers and the driver resource person is not in building 8. Shop staff are exceptional and truck wash is not for drivers. Nice tv room but too many people snoring. Cafe is the place to hang out and watch tv."
