"My hat out to these guys, Brad at the rental was a breath of fresh air to deal with. I got a pass to use their shower and Rick shared his brisket with me. Which by the way, was really great. We rented a 3 axle tractor for over one week, while our truck was down for emergency repairs. The truck was cleaned and performed great. I have second thoughts about automatic transmissions. The truck was really convenient and with great fuel efficiency. We are a small company and TCI has always come through, Thank you to the, Brad, Rick and Luis the night mechanic supervisor. He didn't let me go til he placed a new mattress inside the truck. I thought he was going to make my bed. Any ways, it's great to be treated with dignity and respect. A company I can depend."
