"I had a complicated Amazon return tonight, and the young man working was so helpful. I've been here lots of times and the people have always been great."

"A***** should not be front of house or employed in any position that involves customer interaction. I called the store and talked to a nice gentleman concerning issues I was having at home. I said "having trouble with my printer do I have to print this label out or can you guys look it up based on the return information from Amazon?" He said "oh we can print it out you just have to email us, here's our email address." I say "great, see you soon!" I drive down and A***** helps me. I tell her I emailed and she printed my label out. I then asked if I could go. She says well you owe me $2.85 for printing the label. I said "I called because I was having trouble with my printer, I was not having $2.85 of trouble, nor was that fee discussed while I was on the phone." She said "well you still owe me $2.85." In the end I walked out. What did A***** do? She threw my printed out shipping label away.... I am now in search of another UPS store and will not be visiting Anthem's again."

"I shipped my souvenirs back home from here. I was very worried about them being damaged but they packed them very well and secure. I shipped them Thursday and received them Saturday morning, using ground. They got her quickly and intact. I will however say that I feel that the price to ship 2 pkgs that were very light was a bit ridiculous and over priced."

"I have tried for so long to use this location since it's the closest to me, but after issue after issue I have to call it and just use the Carefree location exclusively. Yesterday I went to pick up an online print order and the manager J tried to explain to me that she has a hard time accessing the system for online orders (no other location I've used has an issue) and asked if I'd email the files instead going forward. Sure, while I prefer to use the online system so I can prepay and outline exactly the services I'd like, this was a simple two page color print. I went home and emailed the file. Today when I went to get them, I was informed that I'd be charged an additional $2.50 just to use the email. Yeah.. no. First off, J didn't mention that upcharge. For two color prints, the fee is more than the printing. Secondly, this was a favor for someone obviously struggling with the tech and I went out of my way to accommodate her. Then I was going to be charged an additional fee for my trouble? Finally, who in their right mind would charge someone $2.50 for receiving an email? That's CRAZY! Sorry J... I'm out. I'll just drive the extra few miles to Carefree."
