He describes his personal belief in customer service and fresh food. Their custard is always to die for. It is so rich,cold, and creamy. It is so filling that I can only eat a kids custard. My husband likes to eat the one that is like the "turtle" ice cream flavor. He gets the biggest size(he is 6 foot 9 inches). We have always been pleased with this Freddys.
