"Duncan and Son Lines is a great company to work for. The managers are very approachable and have an open-door policy like no other company I've previously worked for. When drivers call in to speak to upper management, they take the call or call the driver right back. I have seen this on several occasions. Drivers are important to Duncan and are treated with respect not as just an employee. We are on a fist name basis not a truck # or department. It's a great feeling to see and hear managers and employees talking and discussing the day to day, work, family and financial advice.
