"Online says they are open til 6pm. I arrived at 4:55pm and the place was closed. The door sign says closes at 5pm. They obviously close before 5pm. I hope this review will let them know they should update their hours listed on copy this, ship that website."

"Helpful. Kind. Efficient. If my experience with Kirsten today at Copy This, Ship That! is representative of all the employees, then this tiny print shop definitely deserves all five stars. Kirsten went out of her way to help me print the combination of PDF files and MS Word documents efficiently. The USB-to-printer only accepts PDF files, but rather than asking me to convert them (which I was more than willing to do), Kirsten set me up on the computer to print from it directly. She checked in without hovering, and the prices were aligned with the bigger copy shop nearby. Do be aware, though, that I only saw one self-service printer, so I would imagine that there could be a wait when things are busy."
