"Very informative site. Nothing left of the fort but there's a good history passed down via locals and the plaque at the site. There's a really nice trail that goes through the site that if you go west takes you up cemetery hill to the Santa Clara Cemetery. If heading east, the trail takes you to the historic Jacob Hamblin home. Overall, nice site that you can visit and learn about this historic fort in about ten minutes."
