"Rented a jet ski in the beginning on June everything was fine Ray showed us everything we needed to know I video taped the jet skis to make sure we didn't get charged for anything extra we had a great time when we got back Ray looked everything over and said everything was fine and we would be getting our deposit back and I waited and never got it back I even called and talked to the manager and he said 3-5 days and still didn't get it back so I called again and Ray acted like her didn't know what was going on and then tried saying maybe he used it for gas and we had already paid extra for gas when we got back on my uncle's card my card was used only for the deposit then he says I already released that for me to call my credit card company and so I did again and they said it was never released for me to dispute it. I was gonna write a good review because we overall did have a really good time but in the end I feel like I got scammed. I even texted him asking where my money was and he never responded it seems like he was trying to cover it up and make excuses up. I was hoping it didn't come to this in the end because Ray was great but it was shady when trying to get our deposit back. Other then that it was a great experience."

"I would give this 5 stars but let me explain my experience first. Rented 2 jet-skis around 1030am and the process was a bit long but eventually got situated in the water around 12pm. First jet ski in the water no problem waited for my friend to get docked off for the second one and right when we took off his jet ski started to beep and say warning, So we decided to head back to the dock and call the store where we rented them from while we were waiting the second jet ski started to beep and flash warning and let me remind you that it has not been even 45 minutes in the water. So eventually a driver takes us back to the store and they get us another 2 jet-skis it was already 2pm. The store clerk apologized about the delay and made it right after we got both jet skis and extended our time on the water from 5pm till 7pm. Overall I had a great experience from this renter they corrected the problem/mistake and gave us a pleasant time on the water. Thank you for the amazing bday weekend."
