"If you're looking into having your child scheduled for an Autism evaluation be prepared to wait an absurd amount of time to hear back. A referral was sent by my sons pediatrician back in August of 2023 and it has been a mess. It took a month for me to hear back just for the representative to tell me my insurance was out of network which I knew didn't make sense since they accept Blue cross Blue Shield. When I was transferred to one of their insurance reps they told me my insurance had been confirmed and they were not sure as to why someone would have called me stating otherwise. The insurance rep than told me she would add notes to my sons referral that we were good to move to the next step and speak with a care coordinator. They did advise me that it could take up to six weeks to hear back since there is a waiting list which I understand, keep in mind this was in September. Now here we are in January of 2024 and I had yet to hear anything back. I've called multiple times and you cannot get a hold of anyone. I left multiple voicemails and never got a call back. I ended up calling all the other locations and was FINALLY able to get a hold of someone at the mesa office. The were kind enough to speak to me and assured me they would get someone from the gilbert office to contact me back. That same day I did get a call back just to be told my insurance was out network once again (which if this was the case why did no one call). After explaining to the rep that I had already been through this conversation and that my insurance was verified she came back with an excuse that they have to confirm my insurance again since they do so annually and that she would expedite the process and call me back asap. Here I am almost a week later and still no call. This whole experience has been a nightmare."

"Edit/Update: They contacted me finally and I was able to book an apt. I will update my review with honesty after our appointment. ****2nd update: This place is an absolute JOKE! They have no idea what they are doing here. Please don't take your child here. Go somewhere else. Trust me, you will regret going here. They also mess up your records. Do you want to deal with that? Original review: Don't waste your time. They never call back or answer any of their phones! If you're overbooked and can't take new patients then put that on your website instead of wasting our precious time! We need our daughter tested!"
