"Complete scam on their advertisement of pay. Their ad is way too good to be true and you find that out in orientation if they even remember you’re coming. Pay is much lower than advertised and then they come up with this nonsense formula of how you’re actually making what they advertised. The real reason they don’t pay you the advertised mileage is because they don’t want to pay that much, otherwise they’d make that their mileage rate instead of lie to you and play the bonus game. The drivers and most of the staff seem like good people, but the company is a scam. Just another wannabe mega carrier who pretends to pay better and again they wait until your in orientation to reveal that to you. Waste of an hour drive and 2-3hour unpaid orientation. I continued looking for work after I left and signed on with another carrier and notified CTI (after they called days later than they said they would) I would not be coming back."
