"Please take my advice and avoid this “treatment center” at all costs. I was in desperate need for help and left them a message so I could inquire about what they offered. I got a call back before 7am from a very rude and aggressive man who wouldn’t let me get a full question out before cutting me off, brought up the cost before telling me anything detailed about their program, when I asked him about the treatments he advertised on his website his reply was, “how am I supposed to know about everything that’s on our website?”, and when I finally pushed back about how poorly he was treating me, he hung up on me. I called back and asked for the owner of the facility to call me and speak with me about what happened and he didn’t even return my call. They were only interested in taking advantage of my need for help and hoping I would just say “yes” and hand over my money. If this sounds like a place you’d want to trust with your life, then by all means go for it. I, however, wanted to get well and with the help of people who respected me and wanted to answer all my questions before taking me into their facility and, thankfully, I found the perfect place. I wouldn’t recommend Purpose Healing Center to anyone."

"I just want to make one thing VERY CLEAR, and that is that THIS place is NOT a luxury treatment facility by any means. At best it is an upscale SHELTER that mandates you to attend self-help and self guided group discussions with a small amount of therapy on the side. I'd go as far as betting that they claim to have a chef that prepares meals for the clients. I am almost certain that their 'chef' ONLY comes to the house to cook dinner, MAYBE lunch, but come breakfast you're on your own. THAT is NOT luxury treatment. I hold a business to the standards they set for themselves. Here we are seeing a business taking full advantage of Scottsdale's reputation for their own gains. One thing I have learned through the years is that whether you are in Scottsdale or Malibu California there exist recovery centers that are absolutely nightmares and not much better than a trap house."
