"I think this place has the potential to help many more than they do. My wife has battled ED for many years and sought treatment here twice as we live just down the street. The first time was at rock bottom, the second, as she battled back to a higher weight, but we were turned away both times, being told her weight was still TOO low. She was told she needed to be back to her "healthy weight" before they would treat/counsel her. (If we could do that, we wouldn't be there)... I completely understand liabilities and limits of care an OP treatment program can provide, but when you've done Inpatient, and other intensive programs and they DON'T work for you personally, it is discouraging to see places like this simply turn their back and not even try. We aren't asking for miracles, just help."

"The team at A New Beginning is so good at what they do and they genuinely care about their clients. Jessica, the front desk gal, is so nice and helpful and always greets you with a smile. All of the therapists I've met are really kind and committed to helping their clients recover from whatever they're struggling with, and the dietitian is super knowledgeable and nice. Their office is right off the 101 which is really convenient and the waiting room is so pretty and relaxing - it's like going to a spa. I have been to other centers and this one is by far my favorite. They take great care of their clients and you can just tell they are passionate about what they do. I highly recommend A New Beginning."
