"Had my first appointment with Dr. Heather today. She was caring, attentive, and encouraging, and I'm excited to embark on a pre-labor PT journey with her. AND, she was so kind! After my appointment, I had an unexpected and stressful issue with my car. Dr. Heather and the front desk staff member in her office both physically went to the Kokua building's parking lot and attempted to help me with my car issue. "I contacted Gibson Body Wellness, Physical Therapy because of an old, nagging knee injury. Dr. Gibson has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about fixing my ailment. She explained and showed me images of what’s going on in my knee, in a way that I was able to understand. We discussed a plan that included at-home exercises to help strengthen the areas around my injury to help get me active again. She also recommended other doctors because it’s important to have a team of people to help fix the issue and not just put a bandaid over the pain. "I am so glad I found Heather and Megan! This is my first time doing pelvic floor therapy and my third pregnancy (wish I had started with my first pregnancy). I have been going for horrible SI/ hip pain. I started going around 30 ish weeks pregnant, and will continue postpartum. I look forward to these appointments so much! Both Heather and Megan are absolutely wonderful and so easy to talk to. I highly recommend this group."
