Prior to seeing Ryan, I had very cynical stance on the effectiveness of counseling because I had 5 experiences with other counselors around the valley that provided little-to-no value and ultimately felt like a waste of time and money. Conversely, I legitimately look forward to my sessions with Ryan as he's helped me work through some really complex issues, challenges and misperceptions of my experiences to help me take back control of my life and mental health overall.
