"As an honest review, the customer service here is amazing. Pure 1 on 1 service with knowledgeable staff and welcome to anyone. Seriously… you won’t find a more fun and enjoyable experience building a gun than here. More things to choose from than a lot of other shops and more importantly, IN STOCK on a lot of items. They even have Cerakote available and a gunsmith always there (at least whenever I’ve been there). They have used, new, and pre built “custom” builds available and take pride in what they build. Which leads to the next part of the review… because they build quality guns don’t expect it to be cheap. In fact don’t expect any of it to be cheap. Cardboard shooting targets are 2x the price of any other local gun stores. Handguns/rifles are easily 10-15% marked up compared to any other “local” store as well, ie. Scottsdale Gun Club/Bear Arms/Northwest Armory. Suppressor pricing is also marked up a bit. An $850 suppressor before stamp and sales tax anywhere else is $1000 before the stamp or sales tax here. Ask me how I know, they lost a sale because of that… and I really wanted to go through them but not for $150 more. They do tend to be fair on ammo prices however, as well as optics, common magazines, and smaller accessories. Clearly they can’t always compete with online stores but with local stores? I know these guys can do better. What upsets me the most is simply the 10-15% markup on a lot of things, especially the bigger buys like firearms themselves, and NFA items. Anybody that has been to this store knows that and can usually become friends with the owner and negotiate price down to where it should be with every other store. Which is great to those frequenting here but you have to negotiate just to price match. To me that doesn’t sit right but to each their own. End of the day, it’s super convenient for the folks of Fountain Hills, and they provide stellar services as well as an array of services. I DO NOT want to discredit the service these guys provide. Anybody that has a bad thing to say in regards to their customer service experience is a one off or they’re lying. I really do enjoy going here and probably will continued for certain items. I just wish their pricing was on par with everyone else. I guess it’s the premium you pay for the extra service and convenience… I’m giving them 3 stars simply because they’re service and services are awesome and convenient. They lost 2 stars for the price markup. If prices on items become closer to everyone else (hoping so with addition of a silencershop kiosk and their new location opening), I’d have no problem changing this review to 5/5 stars."

"These bad reviews sound like whiny spoiled children. These guys are legit and every time I come in to their shop, which they open on a per customer basis I might add so they obviously understand you’re there, they give you your space to observe. Also, the amount of knowledge these guys provide if you engage them is phenomenal but they don’t just ignore you like these reviews say lol. They respond within 24hrs through email every single time as well. Don’t listen to these bad reviews. And they have the best gun builds I’ve ever seen if you’re into that sort of thing."
