"My grandson was visiting from Ca a few weeks ago and got an ear infection, causing him great pain. The local emergency prescribed ear drops that were going to cost about $600 even with a coupon that the intake cashier searched for on my behalf for about 10 minutes! A wonderful female pharmacist (sorry, don't recall her name) took it upon herself to call the Doctor and was able to substitute a different medicine that cost about $75.00. It's so rare these days to receive such service and consideration. I appreciate the efforts of all the staff and I will be forever grateful."
"This has been the worst pharmacy experience ever! Phone call wait times are horrific and go unanswered. Pharmacy team is rude, overwhelmed and do not listen. They are always defensive even they make the error! Cardiologist has sent in prescriptions SEVERAL times and have not been filled for 48 - 60 hours! I have been told by their team they are TOO BUSY! Come back! Drive through doesn’t get the same priority as walk in’s and next time park the car and come in!! The whole system is awful!"
