"They quoted me one price on the phone and then a different price once in store. It was a simple repair of a flat tire. They would not honor the original quote. I refuse to give my business to a company with low integrity."

"We are wintering here in the Arizona City/Casa Grande area and wanted to have our "older" Schwinn Bikes checked over. We researched a bike shop close to us and based on reviews found Round Trip Bike Shop in Casa Grande. We brought our bikes into their shop on Tuesday 1/23 and were told they would be ready in a week, no problem we said. We stopped by the following Tuesday 1/30 and were told that they had gotten "slammed" on Saturday and they would have the bikes done on Wednesday 1/31, they would send a text when they were ready. We understand emergencies happen but did that mean our bikes were pushed further down the line for the check up? We were not given that information. No text on Wednesday 1/31. We called Thursday morning 2/1 and were told they were "short a guy and the bikes had not yet been serviced but should be done today". We stopped late in the day on Thursday 2/1 to find the bikes had not even been started. The young man behind the counter said we are "short staffed, I don't know what to tell you". We decided to pick up the bikes and take them back home. When we said to the young man how disappointed we were and it cost them the sale of two new bikes that they had in their showroom, he said "you win some, you lose some". He then showed us where the bikes were at and gave us no help navigating them out of their back repair area. He then followed us out the door and appeared to be laughing stating "hey you were next in line for repairs" that is when we stated that is what we were told on Wednesday 1/31. We know that customer service expectations are no longer guaranteed but honestly, should never be sacrificed. We have spent many years in customer service so our expectations are high. Unfortunately, this Bike Shop did not even seem to care. We will work to find another reputable Bike Shop to service our bikes and perhaps make that purchase there."

"I really had a great experience with Round Trip Bike Shop. I took my older bike into the shop with cobwebs and dust and they returned it to me a day later looking brand new and handling beautifully. A little pricey but it's an investment for something I really enjoy. I will be returning for any needs I have."
