"I started at Healing foundations in June of 2023. I was severely depressed, had no desire to eat , go anywhere or talk to anyone. I was seeing an individual therapist and I needed more then that. I reached out to Healing Foundations and they were able to get me in right away. They helped me realize that my childhood trauma was never addressed and so I started the journey to healing. I learned so much from the therapist there. In group you are with people who understand and accept you. We used somatic therapy and individual EMDR. I am so thankful for each and everyone who works there. The program works when you do the work. They truly care about your mental health. Thank you Chelsey for starting this amazing program! "Two weeks ago I would have been one in a sea of these 5 star reviews. Today I'm disgusted by the lack of accountability Chelsey specifically has. I did heal enough to be able to walk away instead of accept bold faced lies as the truth. Be careful and trust your gut. Document everything so when you're presented with lies you can verify later. Yes the staff cares until they don't. Chelsey won't ask you what happened, she'll tell you what happened from her perception as if it's the only truth that matters. If you stand up for yourself she'll tell you it's inappropriate and she's disappointed you can't see 'the full picture'. I'm disappointed she chose to lie to me and refuse to take ownership of her own harmful behavior in addressing what would have been a five minute conversation if she would have simply asked me what's going on with your insurance. Yes, her husband the admin called and his number came through as spam, no voicemail, no email, just a text in my spam folder that I responded to immediately when I saw it. Saying I'm sorry is a strength I hope she learns."
