They had to order the tire (3-5 days) and handed me of to billing where I would need to pay a deposit and wait for a callback. I waited a total of 85 minutes between the 2 I spoke to. Called Steve's, he was initially iffy, and had a tire....ride in.... Ride out same day."

"What a joke ridenow has been. We bought a brand new rzr 1000 no miles or hours. And have had it at the shop more times then I can count. The latest one being 2 weeks from father's day when we needed to go on a ride and told them numerous times. They still haven't fixed it and it's spent 2 months out of the 3 months in the shop. This place is worthless and now are trying to charge us 451 dollars when 1 of the parts should have been covered. I will not recommended them to anyone buyer beware on this company."

"A woman named Trisha called with customer service from Corp. I missed the call and now I've called back 4 times. Every time I call I get her voice mail. It says she is on the other line giving excellent customer service. ( SERVICING WHO I DON'T KNOW.) You can take that anyway you want, it just came out that way. Ride now power sports dealership in Richland Wa never did have very good customer service unless you're a new perspective buyer than your treated like a King. If you plan to purchase a vehicle there I would really think twice. Shop around, if you have to drive 200 or 300 miles to purchase a ride mark my words it's well worth it. "Very honest and up front. Previous post shows buyer discontent because of mind changing after sale. Once in awhile you get customers like this Jess character. Nothing seems to please them. "I have obviously been ripped off by Ride now and I sent my information to Mr Nash (CEO of ride now). I talked to the secretary named Angela who said my matter would be investigated throughouly. It has been a long time since I have heard from these people. The manager of ride now peoria (Bill Jeffreys) said that corporate has no power to change anything that he does. I guess that is true because I have not heard from the corporate office regarding my ethical concern regarding fraud on behalf on Bill Jeffreys and ride now. I guess Mr Nash knows this is normal practice. Take charge buddy. Your business is failing!!!!!!! People hate this place!!!!"
