"I called and inquired about having a new muzzle device put on my rifle. They said if I brought it in early it could be done the same day (by end of day). Unfortunately, I couldn't make it over until after work. I was expecting to have to leave it with them and grab it some time tomorrow. Without skipping a beat they replaced the device ON THE SPOT for me. Each employee was kind and thoughtful. This store lacks the pretentiousness of alot of other guns stores in this area.
