"Marissa was the employee on duty, and took very good care of my friend and I. She was excellent! She showed me the many options available and I found exactly what I was looking for...eventually. There should definitely be more than one employee on duty on a Saturday afternoon at prime time (Tempe Marketplace was packed!) ..all the ASU students moved in this weekend- you should be aware of that and schedule accordingly!! She helped us for a bit then other people walked in, so her attention was divided four ways, so my friend and I had to stand there...waiting...waiting some more....to complete my order for as $250 pair of sunglasses. Marissa was GREAT but the situation was out of her control, and that is BAD customer service on Sunglass Hut's part. This is not rocket science, just "Scheduling 101". Maybe enroll at ASU and take a class...just sayin'!"
