"I’ve had a few of my bikes repaired at this shop, they do a great job, very personable, helpful, and they take pride in their work. I was using the shop across the parking lot, they were nice, but didn’t want to service my bike, since I didn’t purchase it from them. Bicycles of Scottsdale was happy for my business, I will be back, and have told my friends/family too. Keep up the great work! Scott Hubbard"

"My opinion, this place is run by liars, cheats, and frauds. We agreed on a price, then they tried to more than double it when I went to pick up my bike and tried to hold it hostage when I disputed. I had to have a lawsuit prepared before they’d honor the original contract. Do NOT go here unless you want to be ripped off."

"There was no ramp to bring my bike in (maybe it's on Shea but there's no parking on Shea), but Tom was great and came out to my car and made the quick adjustments I needed, free of charge. Really appreciate the service!"

"Horrendous customer service. Recently brought in my MTB in need of routine suspension service. Took far longer than expected (6+ months!), and $200 more than I was originally quoted. Numerous disappointing interactions in which staff was rude, defensive, and actually threatened to confiscate my property. Communication about the delays or additional costs was non-existent. Zero effort to compensate for the excessive time they kept the bike nor the excessive charges. Not responsive to feedback, and not apologetic. No chance I'd consider bringing more business there, too many better alternatives."

I was greeted by a knowledgeable employee that helped me and answered all of my questions and then some. I was able to test ride the bikes. I also learned a lot about the accessories that were available. I appreciate the friendly service without feeling pressured. I would definitely use this bicycle shop again."
