"I was a 178 avg bowler several years ago but haven't bowled recently. My old ball cracked during our move from Calif to Arizona and I needed a new ball. I put a lot of pressure on Cedric right off the bat for his recommendation on a new bowling ball. I have zero knowledge on bowling balls or bowling in general. I just lob it down the alley. Cedric laughed with me, and he picked out a new Hammer NU ball for me. It fits great but I haven't used it yet. Wife and I also bought new shoes too. "My first time ever having a bowling ball fitted for myself. Called around and got the best quote here. Was greeted by Dave when I arrived who is very knowledgable and took the time to explain a lot about bowling with your own ball. I had 2 balls drilled and noticed many used balls on the wall for sale that are in great condition and super reasonably priced. I learned that the balls are donated by people who no longer want them and all the proceeds go to the youth bowling league. I purchased a ball for my daughter and upon return to have her ball fitted, was greeted by Cedric who is also very knowledgable. Picked up more tips and instructions(of course). My daughter received her ball the same day and we enjoyed a night of bowling in the alley there on site - AMF McRay Lanes. I admirably asked him if he has a doctorate in bowling! Cedrick drilled three balls for me, and my sons. In over 55 years of bowling, I have never had a ball the fit so perfectly! His package deals where you can add on a bag and shoes for 40 dollars is a fantastic deal! The bags and shoes are of nice quality and more than worth the price!
