"What a joke of a store. Went in to purchase 3 pool wall returns. They were advertised at $7.50/each on the tag. As I processed to pay, they rang up as $10.50. We confirmed it was indeed the correct sku on the price tag but the associate had indicated that the tag was from “2018” and incorrectly marked and wouldn’t honor the price on the tag. Their customer care is so poor that they don’t even have the decency to honor the pricing they clearly advertised just a $3.00difference! I’ll never shop with these hooligans again just based on principal alone. Oh and I found the exact same product at Poolwerx for $6.50!"

Everyone is helpful and the instructions to keep my above ground pool are as crystal clear as the water they help me maintain. The cost of maintenance is about half of what I used to spend for pool products online. You just can't beat the hands-on instructions they provide. Needed help with my cloudy pool. The staff was polite and friendly. They tested my water and provided great advice without any 'upselling' pressure. I really appreciate that. I'll definitely be back."

"They are always very friendly and have the best prices that I've seen. They have never tried to up-sale me on anything but genuinely try to fix whatever problems I have with my pool. I bought a house 4 years ago and for the first time had to take care of my pool. It was a steep learning curve but everyone at NPS was very patient and helpful. Sometimes they get very busy on Saturdays and the wait is longer, but well worth it."
