Circle K 301 North 43rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85009

"By law you're allowed to be at establishment for 30 minutes when purchasing an item this store stereotypes and discriminates against the homeless if a person is homeless and he purchased something he has 30 minutes regardless of the situation I would not recommend this store for anybody that is down and out or homeless I know they don't want no crowd but if you purchase an item by law you're allowed to be there for 30 minutes and they kicked me off the property about 10 minutes of being there so I would not recommend this place cuz they stereotype people. I worked at circle k you're not allowed to say anything to any customer like blaming them accusing them or anything we have no touch policy and this lady accused me of coming in and out of the store and she asked me what I what I take and I purchased two items I went in there got me a soda and then I placed it down on the table because I remember I had my debit card in my backpack and that was outside so I went outside pulled my back my debit card and then I went and paid for the soda then I asked person that was with me outside what kind of soda he want so then I go in there and purchase medicine and then she accuses me of doing something I said well look on your camera she said I will well that she's not supposed to even accused anybody policy is you get fired for approaching or accusing a customer of anything"

"Absolutely terrible... they play music blasting with curse words while kids are in the store not to mention all the addicts hanging out there. I listen to that music myself but come on be professional this isn't a private business."

"Circle k corp really needs to check on there stores and whose running them obviously they hire junkies and have pot heads running the store never cleaning or stocking items every time I come into this store to put gas have to be waiting because workers are outside getting high never see them doing there job the only worker who had great customer service was lulu haven’t seen her in a while we need more workers like her who have great customer service and love there job !."

"I walked into the circle K this morning, address of 301 N 43rd ave. I walked in to use the restroom at 6:03am, somebody lied on me and said I was in the bathroom for 20mins and I feel I was treated unfairly. I told the staff behind the counter and the didn't apologize at all. Do not shop at this circle K if you don't necessarily have to, morning staff don't see to care about problems people come in making"
