"Essence Restorative yoga and Acupuncture provided by Venus Moon Wellness Boutique: I was familiar with Acupuncture treatment, but never attended a combine event which included restorative yoga and Acupuncture. Now, I can say that those two modalities complement each other for better health. I felt that these two modalities transmitted a smooth flow within my body. It helps me relax, process some unsolved issues, and most importantly helps me with my overall health goals. Dr. Jennifer guided us to a series of exercises prior to session. I was told that those exercises helped with Lymphatic system and energy flow. Also, we tried some other exercises that helped with blood flow and relaxation. Yoga instructor (Chamica Nicole) guided us to a few breathing techniques. After that, we were instructed to lay on the floor mat to initiate restorative yoga and acupuncture. The yoga instructor provided me additional blankets to stay comfortable. Her voice was very soft and soothing. She was explaining the process in detail. I remembered getting a little bit cold and yoga instructor noticed that I was shivering a little bit, she placed an additional blanket on me. I was very grateful for her candid attention. After attending this event, I realized the importance of self-care and the need to attend more events that can help us with different issues we are facing on a daily basis. The combination of yoga and acupuncture is helping me with stress and anxiety. I hope to attend future events at Venus Moon Wellness Boutique. MO"
