"Tanner was my fitter at Raven Golf Club today for an outdoor fitting experience. He did an outstanding job getting me fit into the perfect driver head/shaft. I went in with an open mind not knowing what brand I wanted to go with. After hitting Titelist, Taylormade and Callaway, we ended up with Callaway Paradym. Then after several shafts we ended up with Mitsubishi Chemical and I was hitting the ball straighter, higher and further than I ever have. I'm excited to get this on the grass and improve my scoring! "I booked a driver fitting at True Spec in Phoenix location (Raven Golf Club range) because I prefer seeing the actual ball flight. My goal was to get an equipment that works best for my swing. I am writing this review because I had one of the best customer service experience from Eric O'Brien and I wanted to make sure I spread the news. I went in with expectation that I'd end up paying premium for a driver that will solve all my problems on the tee box. Eric was very professional and made me feel at ease from the start. After about 8 drives, he showed me the numbers and pinpointed several issues -- angle of attack and swing path. He explained how the angle of attack causes me to lose a lot of distance. Then, he gave me some pointers to correct the issue and again, made me feel at ease to ensure I only focused on hitting the ball and not worry about someone watching me swing. A few drives later, the angle of attack and path improved. The ball flight was high and long! My swing speed even went up! Eric confirmed that the driver head and shaft I have are good for me and the best option is to continue to work on the two items he mentioned using my current equipment. He didn't sell me anything and that says a lot! He is there to help customers and not just sell to make commission. Now I can trust my driver when I step on the tee box knowing it's the right one for me. I am definitely a loyal True Spec customer now and I've already shared this experience and Eric's contact info with my golf buddies. Customer service like this is priceless!!
