This week I took my 5 wood in for repair, due to the club face being cracked. I was informed, my 5 wood is no longer being made, so I thought Ping would just replace the head with an updated head. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they replaced it with an entirely new club!! Many talk about the price of a set of Ping clubs, but your customer service is second to none and it all begins with the individuals who interface with the customers who come in for service!! This is my "shout out" to the entire Ping organization!!!"

"I recently called Ping to report I lost two perimeter weights on my irons, and if they sent them to me I'd be willing to install them. I spoke with Brad and he informed me they would pay for shipping to and back and have them back to me in around a week. From the day he sent me the Fedex label to the day the clubs arrived back to me, exactly one week. They polished up the heads as well and I am good to go. Everything was covered under their generous warranty program. I know there are plenty of service issues out in the world, but Ping made my life easy.... thank you."
