"I would definitely recommend Dr. Higgins and his team at CNS Memory Clinic in Goodyear. Although it took some time getting through the appointments because he's so booked out, it was definitely worth it! I've always known I had something going on, but could never quite pin it to find resources to help me be the best version of myself. From the very first meeting, to the testing day, to the last appt with Dr. Higgins today, where he went over all of my test results in detail and how best to help my brain struggles, everything went very well, and I was pleasantly surprised. The office staff were always kind, I always got a hold of the front desk when I needed questions answered, and everyone was always professional and knowledgeable. I went in not expecting a whole lot, because I've had so many medical professionals gaslight me, but I finally have a plan in place to get me going in the right direction! If you or your child are struggling, definitely give Dr. Higgins and his team at CNS Memory Clinic a try."

"Got what I needed so there's stars for that. But that's about it. I also had the lock-down issues so I never actually met Dr Higgins face to face- we just did a phone call. He was super nice and went over the test results with me in depth and gave me a great professional write up (which I needed) and diagnosis/closure to a lot of life long issues I've had. That said- the initial intake was embarrassing bc the guy cut me off after 15 minutes and was like "yeah, we can stop here- lets get you in for testing". I don't know if he is that good or I was that obviously Autistic. Then the testing itself was awful and took hours. The people had no interest in what they were doing (one was training and the other doing the training couldn't care less) It was confusing bc of their fumbling. They also neglected some important lifelong struggles I've had- which another reviewer also commented on them doing to them as well. Overall I would recommend their office though bc the end result with Dr Higgins is really the important part and he was great. Covid created issues and I know its hard to find good staff nowadays and I don't fault the doctor for that!"

"YOU NEVER HAVE A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION Receptionist is condescending and mechanical. No interest in making me feel welcome. Over 3o minute wait before each appointment . Assistant who tested me was aloof, had no concern about my comfort level, Very distant and clinical. I was very nervous. Seemed to have very little experience. No sense of compassion .. actually was adversarial Tests appeared to be antiquated. Some basic characteristics and lifetime issues were not identified prior to testing which I feel would affect the overall diagnosis. I am directionally dysfunctional and have been all my life. Have always had difficulty with math. Learned skills to help remember words that dramatically affected my test results and were not indicative of my capacity to do so without the word association methods."
