"Awesome games selections and collectibles"
"Just had back surgery so I have to lay down for a while. I just wanted to lay down and play some halo for a while. Went there and told the guy I do NOT get online, at all, with my gaming or games and I need an Xbox that I can just play halo campaign mode. He says this Xbox 1 and halo master chief will be good. That was great of him except I get home and the game won't get past 1% installed. He didn't have another one either so had to go all over the west valley to get another disk that does the same thing. But anyways after getting the game installed 7 hours later, it says I can't even get to the start screen w/o a microsft account. Unreal. There is no way to play a game anymore without hooking up to the internet. How pathetic Xbox. Why have a campaign mode you dumb dumbs? Well so I'm going against doctors orders again thank you gs and I'll bring it back for a full refund when you open. Horrible guys. Really."
"Depending on who's working, you could either have a great experience with an associate who knows exactly what they're talking about & what you're looking for, or be stuck with someone who doesn't really care for what you (The Customer) need upon your arrival. Really nice & clean environment though."
"I searched ALL Game Stops EVERYWHERE for the VR bundle for PS4 with no luck for a week. Finally the Game Stop on 75th & and Thomas gave me the number to the Game Stop on 75th Ave and Encanto & they had ONLY 1 available. FINALLY! My son's birthday is in 2 days and I thought we were going to disappoint my son on his birthday. So I drove 30 miles to pick up the PS4 VR. When I got there BRYANT greeted me with a smile and both of my children that were with me. BRYANT seemed very nice & very helpful and offered me the rewards program for I believe $15 or $20. I wasn't sure if I was going to have enough money being the VR headset bundle was already $380 after tax, so I asked him to add the rewards card to the bill so we could see how much it would make the bill and maybe I would have enough. Unfortunately I was $7 short and told him we would have to pass on it this time. I then took my money out of my wallet and began counting it so I could pay for the $380 bill. He rudely then interrupts my counting and says "Just give me the money I'll count it myself." At this point his whole happy attitude changed to rude rude rude. I told him that I could count it because I had a couple extra dollars in there that I needed to take out and I like to count my money before I hand it over to somebody. Then I looked down at the total and it's over $400 still. I had to ask him AGAIN, to remove the rewards card from my bill. He didn't say anything, he looked me straight in my eyes as if to say "REALLY" with a RUDE face gesture. Then I started to count my money again putting my stacks of $20 bills in $100 stacks. Once again he says, "I can count it" now he's just being plain rude and doesn't care so I tell him "I'm perfectly capable of counting my own money" I took out the six extra dollars that I had in there and handed it over to him. The drawer pops open, he gave me my coin change, handed me my receipt and pushed the VR bundle towards my direction. You would think that when a single mother of six children is spending her hard-earned almost $400 that BRYANT at GameStop would have a better attitude. He he made my experience awful and I'll never go back to that store again even if they do have the last thing that I need. Next time I need something that costs this much money and it's sold it GameStop, I'll check Amazon first. I'm relieved and happy that my son is getting what he wanted for his birthday but very disappointed with my experience here. I could have order that from any other store except for GameStop. It's a shame it went this way because GameStop's my #1 store to go to for our gaming needs, but I'll find another place to go to from now on. I'm leaving 3 stars and those are for the gentleman at the other GameStop on 75th Avenue and Thomas, right around the corner, who was extremely polite and went above and beyond to find me the VR bundle. I wish they would have had it and not the other one on Incanto Boulevard."
"Good Customer service, and very knowledgeable as well. I was greeted prompting upon arriving the store. Than a Employee helped me navigate through the huge selection of inventory they had. Caught me off guard. Considering I came to browse games for birthday gift for my niece. Needed child friendly games that were still fun to play. The associate helped me every step of the way and pointed out some amazing deals they had going on also. So I was able to save a butt load of cash plus left with multiple games for her. Needless to say. I was the best uncle of the evening haha Thanks, Gamestop for Holding the Fort Down!! You the real M.V.P."
