"Call make a appointment to help but did not make the appointment for me. They need a credit card or debit card on file. I am unemployed and trying to collect disability. I haven't been working for a couple years I had no need of a bank account or credit. I am in debt with those institutions. Actually drowning in debt and stress out of my mind part of the reason I called. Thanks for the turn away Lifeline PCS."

"Incredibly unprofessional lobby employees. Completely disrespected my wife and I while waiting for our appointment time for our FIRST session. Left us waiting 10 minutes after our appointment time started to be greeted by the counselor. Our medical insurance covered the counseling sessions, but if we had to pay out of pocket I would have been willing to take legal action not to pay them a dime. I would not recommend their service will tell our military channels to no longer recommend this business."
