"I do not think anyone posting reviews on this supposedly "Pentair" pool parts store. I believe this is just a regular pool store. As Pentair does not sell to anyone who is not in the business. All warranty issues should be taken up with the Builder, Repair Company who installed for you or the Retailer you purchased the equipment from! I warranty any Pentair Equipment I install for 3 years! Even when Pentair only covers it for 1 year. Because I believe in their product!"

"I upgraded my pool equipment to all high end Pentair products across the board when my pool was built less than five years ago. I have been very happy with the quality of these products until today. My Pentair Intellibright unit stopped working and when I called my pool company, they confirmed the unit was broken, not under warranty and they see this quite often with this particular light. I was quoted nearly a thousand dollars to purchase a new Pentair Intellibright unit and have it installed by my pool company. Before signing up for that expense and wondering if I needed to budget a thousand dollars every five years to replace this high end light, I called Pentair Customer Service directly to see what my options may be. I found that Pentair does not deal with consumers directly and they do not have a customer loyalty program (What so ever) to offer options for returning customers but they would be obliged to sell me a new light through my pool company. I am disappointed in the quality of the Pentair Intellibright product lasting only five years and especially with the customer support from this company, not standing behind their products for their loyal customers that support their brand."

Every time..so for people that complain maybe you should understand what you are doing before you do..There product is exceptional and proven after 25 years I am still Pentair Proud.
