"Don’t trust their hours!! Drove 30 min and paid for parking and the team shop was closed even though Google Maps clearly said it was open."

"I found a white jersey I loved, but it looked like it had been returned as there was no NBA tag attached to it and it looked dingy. While I was at the register, I told the group of girls including a larger lady and a few younger ones in a group, and they told me there was a sticker in the inside that was the tag. My friend with me also bought a jersey and hers had a tag, so I don’t think it was unreasonable for me to want the same thing. I asked to switch it, and then I did so, but when I was walking away, I saw the older lady and two of the younger ones laughing at me and rolling their eyes. Unprofessional behavior considering how much money my friends and I spent in this single game. Moving forward I’ll probably just buy my Suns gear elsewhere."

"The store itself was awesome, but the worker that was behind the counter was rude and not friendly! When I asked him if this is where I check out, he sighed loudly and got a scowl on his face, I told him I was sorry for bothering him!"

"The employee who helped me had low customer service skills. I am not sure if it was because we were a group of females and had questions about the jerseys. He did not even respond to my thank you at checkout which is just common courtesy. The jerseys were falling apart at the seams while on sale at regular price. I had to pay $12 to park across the street for a 20 min visit."
