"Called to schedule a delivery and asked for a morning appointment. Was texted confirmation of an afternoon appointment. So clearly off to a good start. Luckily I was still home when they delivered it because I rearranged my schedule to be there. When I got to the door after they rang the bell - from my office right around the corner from the front door - the driver was already back at the truck and just gave me a wave. A signature was supposed to be required for the delivery due to the value of the delivery (heavy music equipment). I opened the garage door and went out to check the delivery, which was way too heavy for me to move by myself. The driver was still there and sitting in the truck, so I asked if it was possible for him to put it into the garage, since he had a hand truck. Which is where I would have asked him to put it in the first place had he waited for me to get to the door before dropping the delivery (which was right in front of the garage door, so we’re talking a difference of about six feet). He shrugged and said “that’s where it said to deliver it.” Well, it also said signature required, but whatever. I don’t blame him; I blame the company for having such low expectations of their employees. Not too mention how long it took to get to us in the first place, but that’s another story. Definitely try a different company."

"Absolutely great experience!! I sell small equipment on eBay and I had to get a shipment out Friday, I was running late and got there after 5:00 pm,,they unloaded my pallet and I was out of there in 10 minutes!! This was in Phoenix and my unit was going to Tennessee , got there today (Thurs) and my buyer is super happy!! Left me positive feedback and I had to leave mine where credit is due!! Thanks to the girl in the office that made sure I would be helped and the rest of your team..."

"I had a shipment that was scheduled to be delivered on a Thursday, which would have meant I would have to deliver it to where I was taking it on Friday (my day off). The order was already loaded on a trailer for the delivery. I called customer service on Tuesday and asked if there was any way I could pick my order. They made arrangements to unload my shipment so I could do so. Wednesday, I arrived to pick up my shipment. I was on their property less than 15 minutes total to check in, get the order loaded and I was on my way. This was a super smooth process that could have taken 30 to 45 minutes, and I wouldn't have complained. Their staff was courteous and professional."
