"Wreckless driver along the the I10 West towards California. Friday January 5th around noon. Constantly cutting cars off, tailgating, lane jockeying back and fourth at 90mph. Insane that someone would drive like this with the company logo right on the vehicle! Any dashcam onboard this van would only serve to help the opposing party in a collision and lawsuit!"

"It was snowing and raining through the canyon on highway 60 early yesterday morning , and driver was extra cautious at navigating the narrow ,foggy, icy road and got me there safe, thank you Mike!"

"Never picks up on time. Drivers always gives the same excuse "there's not enough drivers". Well 1st of all that's not our problem. If you can't do what the State contracts & pays you for then discontinue your pitiful service. It's a shame that you all are supposed to offer "medical transportation" to & from however, the clients that are NOT adequately being serviced must wait everytime due to your lack of professionalism and/or services. Your lack of duties is unhealthy & lacking in your customer service. I will definitely share this with the State's medical coverage department. Ridiculous, no excuses. Especially when you drop someone off but we have to beg for someone to return for us."

"I use a motorized scooter and needed a simple ride home from work, a trip of 7 miles. I called Yellow Cab requesting a wheelchair accessible van. They told me to call AAA Medex STS, a division of Yellow Cab. I called at 7:00pm and they told me my ride would be there within the hour. 2 1/2 hours later the van finally showed up. I was charged $40.00! While the driver was extremely polite and respectful, waiting 2 1/2 hours was ridiculously unacceptable and unprofessional! Yellow Cab and AAA Medex STS obviously does not value or care about their customers, especially those with disabilities. DO NOT use this company. They have zero integrity and devalue people with disabilities."
