"I Absolutely love this company and so does my Son !!! They used to contract with DDD so they were able to give transportation to my Special Needs son and other Special Needs people. They are so reliable. They text you when they are on their way and when they picked up my son. The Drivers are so kind . My son misses them so much and I miss how reliable they were.. I hope they start to work with DDD again. I would sign up again in a heartbeat. I definitely recommend Day and Night Transportation to others."

"Still owe me paychecks. Apparently a lot of past employees as well. Don't trust this business, as a past employee I saw a lot of shady and borderline illegal if not illegal business practices. Unfortunately I participated in it unknowingly."

"Horrible Company, I worked for them for a few months. Then the vehicle exploded, Amber attempted to blame me for the vehicle exploding due to improper maintenance when I took the vehicle to get the breaks done @ Valvoline a week & half prior to the incident and took the vehicle to get the breaks done @ a junkyard mechanic ( near 63rd Ave & Grand ) 3 days prior to the incident. They are withholding my final check and refusing to pay me as well... They finally fired me after continuously asking for another vehicle for 2 months because I still wanted to work. During that 2 months the company continuously posted that they were hiring for the same position that I was doing as Medical transport driver. I was being told that entire time that they don't have a vehicle available for me but yet they are hiring for the same position I was doing...Smh... I told them from the beginning that I have a torn ligament in my left knee, I can sometimes load the wheelchair clients into vehicle but I struggle with that due to my torn ligament The company even moved from the address they have listed on Google, there now located near 83rd Ave and Thunderbird. They are very rude and unprofessional and most of their vehicles have issues and no AC during the summer months."

"I contacted Day & Night Medical Transportation for my hospital visit and I am very pleased with their service and care. The dispatcher I spoke with was kind and courteous, even when I had to adjust my reservation. On the day of my appointment, both the pick-up and return drivers arrived early and had a professional demeanor. Everyone was friendly and made sure that I was comfortable during the ride. This was the first time I have used this type of service and I am happy that I selected such an excellent company."
